Strengths:
- As a Fangiri, he has several innate and trained abilities, including enhanced strength, speed and stamina, the ability to drain people of their life energy, seeing in the dark and detecting Fangires and other Fangiri by the scent of their blood.
- He is a skilled combatant, most so with the ax he wields and with a longsword, but he's also proficient with a bow, spear and daggers
- He is in command of the Order of the Emperor, giving him access to an army of highly-trained soldiers that are loyal to the death.

- He's incredibly distrustful of URSA at best, downright hostile at worst. He believes they're to blame for locking his power away.

- He still has the hunger of the Fangire side of him. It's weaker because he's only half-Fangire, and mostly suppressed due to intense training by the Order, but in times of stress it can shine through.

Overview: Silas is a very stoic young man. He keeps a very strong grip of his emotions, because he knows if he lets his emotions run rampant, he'll lose control of his Fangire blood. He's not necessarily afraid of himself and what he can do. Far from it. He's quite proud of his abilities, but worries he could hurt someone else. He's very loyal to the Order and to his friends, knowing they're really all he has in this desperate, destroyed world.

Henshin Device: Kivat Bat the Fourth, an ancient creature that has been allied with the Order of the Emperor since the extinguishing of the Kurenai line. He generates a belt in conjunction with Silas.
Henshin Sequence: Silas calls Kivat forth with a call of its name, and the small bat flies to his hand. It bites Silas's hand, causing his marking to form, eyes to change, and prompting a large amount of chains to spin around his waist, forming into his belt a moment later. Silas thrusts Kivat forward and yells "Henshin!", before hanging Kivat from his belt. A sound like church bells rings out, and a grey coating covers his body, forming into the outline of his armor, before shattering to reveal the suit.

Finisher(s): Darkness Moon Break- Silas gives Kivat the Wake Up Fuestle, prompting Kivat to scream the same and fly off his belt. Silas crouches, causing the sky above him to darken to night and a full moon to appear. Kivat flies around his armored leg a few times, breaking the chains open to reveal the Hell's Gate beneath. Silas leaps into the sky, backflips once, and drives his leg into the target, delivering enough force to carve a crater in the shape of the Kiva crest in the ground beneath the target. - Form Name: Macha Cutter
Image/ Description: His armor is a deep black instead of red, with his visor instead taking on the deep shade of red. His arms are covered in armor like feathers, his pauldrons having transformed into black wing-like armor pieces. He also has a short feather cape hanging on his back.

Transformation: He pulls out Macha's Fuestle and gives it to Kivat. Kivat yells "Macha Cutter!" and plays a short tune on the Fuestle, calling Macha forth from Torchkeep. She flies to wherever Silas is, and transforms into her cape form, attaching to Silas's upper back. Chains wrap around his arms and shatter, as well as spreading across his chest and doing the same, prompting the changes to his armor, and his visor darkens to red.
Fighting Style: He uses a highly acrobatic, powerful style
Weapons: The cape on his back is the titular Cutter, which can do any number of things.
Abilities: The Macha Cutter's abilities are almost legion; it can change into a pair of arm-mounted blades able to cut almost anything, a pair of large wings, a large two-handed shield, a pair of knives, etc.
Finisher(s): Day of Blood- Kivat flies off of his belt and bites the cape with a call of "Macha Bite!" The cape glows darkly, as crows fill the sky above Silas and only tiny beams of moonlight shine through. He raises his right arm, snaps his fingers and points at the target. The crows swarm the target, devouring it to nothing.

- His sword, Howler, which he uses less often. Alistair keeps it on his person, giving it to Silas when he requests.
History
The Tiranul line are the old Fangire royalty of Europe, passed up in favor of the Kurenai's to bear the weight of Kiva and command of every Fangire the world over. To keep themselves occupied over the years, they banded together with a few human families to form the Order of the Emperor, growing in strength as they added numbers to their total. However, when the war came, the Kurenai line was extinguished both through the work of the malevolent Fangire and infighting in the family itself, and Kiva passed to the Tiranul.
Silas is the scion of the Order and of the Tiranul line, bred specifically to wield the power of Kiva and all of the abilities of the Fangire, with few of the weaknesses. He trained for years and years in weaponry, lore and other subjects. When he was 15, agents of URSA, claiming to be from the old Fangire hunting organization of the Asia region, came to Torchkeep to attempt to have the Order join URSA. His father, Razvan Tiranul, staunchly refused to allow the Order to be simply subsumed by URSA. He argued they had too much tradition to simply reject in order to join.
A few months later, Razvan was out on a mission, with the two remaining Arms Monsters from Japan, Bashaa and Garulu, attempting to find others. They were ambushed by Fangire and killed, passing the duty of ruling and the power of Kiva to Silas. He became convinced URSA was somehow responsible for the attack, blaming them for locking away all of his power in retaliation for not joining. His mother managed to get to him before he turned all the resources of the Order against URSA, dissuading him from the course, but he still maintained a quiet enmity for URSA.
He's recently begun mounting missions out into the world, always with his half-brother Alistair, sometimes with his sister Dominique, but she's less in control of her power.
