Jessica pulled up in Greyhound, with police letting her through a blockade. Something inhuman was holding thirty-five people hostage in a bank, and that was where she and her fellow officers came in.

Arianna was on a roof nearby, with a sniper rifle set up. She'd gotten a really big gun, since she doubted an adorable little normal sniper would so much as tickle. She saw Jessica pull up and contacted her through her SP Badge. "I'm ready with a shot if you need it. Code word is "Christmas"."
