Marcela motioned the three released hostages towards the blockade where their family and friends were waiting.
"Thank you sir, I have already notified SPD regarding your demands, rest assured, we will do what we can to meet them", she said, again trying to assure him should he panic. At least he was willing to negotiate.
"If he's asking for a large transport, a bus I'm guessing, than there must be at least 30 or more hostages in the building." She said on speaker to the rest of the team "Does anybody know what kind of bank this is that would attract him to unlock the safe? If it's not money, it's something".

"Hello, CTA? We have a police emergency at North Washburn Avenue, United Continental Bank, can you please arrange for a transit bus to be delivered to the scene within the hour?"

Jessica's morpher got a ping as she received the file containing the safe deposit box info. "Thank you so much" she said, hanging up. "Good news bad news; I have the full SDB listing, but there are about 3600 boxes, none of which have their contents labelled because the bank doesn't know what's in there except the owner."

"The key's arriving in the same time-frame" Jessica said, running her hand through her hair as she thought. "Something in that bank is worth something to him. Drugs? Weapons? Experimental ship plans?" she asked aloud to no one, pacing as she talked.

Making sure she was out of eye and earshot for the suspect, she made her next call to Central "Hello, Resources and Acquisition? I need a fully FTL-capable starship delivered to O'Hare International Airport within the hour, I also want a burst-transmission tracker hidden on that ship as well...yes...okay, thank you".
Hanging up, she approached the bank entrance once again "Sir! We have a bus on the way to deliver you to O'Hare and the master key should be here shortly as well. There will be a fully fueled starship waiting at the airport when you arrive. Anything else?"
