PMCs were falling to Great Leader. He was enjoying it, with Ravinn at his side. They were able to force PMC members to join them, and in other cases, crush them and take their arms. It was all building the Great Leader's army, although this was only a small host, far from the main host in France.
"Now, which one next?" Ravinn asked.
"We'll hit Black Vandal next," Simon stated, marching his forces.

The march of Shocker brought back terrible memories for Hiyori who still remembered the war. She never thought that it would resurface again especially after Souji had given up his life in order to defeat it. She wondered who would be insane enough to revive it again especially at this crucial time with the convergence, however she wasn't going to let them do what they pleased, although she hated fighting she hated the thought that Juka would be injured during the crossfire even more and so she quickly left her job to go to the location. She didn't know who else would stop them, but at least she would do everything in her power to stop them in their tracks even if she was the only one there.
Getting ahead of the forces she waited to see who would come and meet the next PMC hoping that there would be others who would at least fight against them because she was not confident that she would be able to defeat the entire force all by herself.

The membership of Black Vandal was prepping their weaponry. Some had abandoned, while others were ready to fight.
The Great Leader and his forces were a few minutes away.

Hiyori stayed in cover as she peeked to see the forces just a few minutes away as the TheBee zecter flew to her as she placed it in the Rider Brace.

Simon lifted his hand, blasting the large door at the facility. Soldiers poured out, firing quickly, but nothing touched Simon; it all bent around him. The two sides engaged.

Hiyori transformed before casting off as the pieces of the Armored form blew off of her as she began punching and kicking much to their surprise.

Some soldiers were going down quickly.
"Ravinn, deal with her," Simon said.
"Yes Sir," he responded, "Henshin!" Kick Hopper ran for her.

"From my service to URSA, before I betrayed them," he commented. He had no Clock Up, and relied on Simon to slow her down, if he was paying attention.
He wasn't.

"URSA huh? No matter I'll stop you," Hiyori said though her voice shuddered with nervousness as she activated her Clock Up and began to assault him with high speed punches and kicks.

Simon snapped a soldier's neck and turned, throwing his hand out, "Goodbye Clock Up," he said, releasing a field of energy that would attempt to disrupt her speed.

The speed slowed down before abruptly stopping as Hiyori stumbled, "What?" she asked as she tried to Clock Up again, "What happened?"
