"Understood, ma'am." Seto responded to Andrea before assuring Riho. "If you're stuck, I'll help fill in."
His attention however, was momentarily distracted by Andrea's orange lockseed. His smile disappeared, as the lockseed reminded him of Uncle Kota...and already bringing his fate into question. He took a deep breath, doing his best not to have any unpleasant thoughts, and he opened the door leading to Lady Kureshima's office.
"Also, make sure Mr. Nakagawa gets word of France as well." he said to Andrea, before he entered

Andrea nodded. "Of course..." she said as she stepped inside after the pair. "Natsumi... Seto has returned from France. We have some... distressing news."

"Tachibana." Natsumi gave in greeting as the door was opened. She notes the two of them together and nods quietly at the news. "Then fill me in."
Riho decides to wait, keeping her mouth shut, and bowing her head in respect around the Lady of URSA.

"Lady Kureshima." Seto greeted, curtly bowing a bit before getting straight to the point. "...SHOCKER has overtaken France. Madam Trochu's...killed and her army has been defeated. Her revolution went down with her."

Andrea looked at Natsumi. "It seems these two were one of the few who survived. And with the world in its current state..."

Riho spoke after that. "Losses were nearly total." she gulped after saying that. "I only survived thanks to Seto-kun here, and well.." she rubbed the back of her head, "being chosen by by a mechanical dragonfly."
Natsumi takes in the information, and nods quietly. "We allowed her to recruit, but...I am not surprised by the outcome. With the world already in the state its in after the Convergence, and the appearance of MORE new enemies that we know little about...we're in quite the bind. Such an expenditure of resources was improperly handled by Trochu. An idealist, not a tactician, not a leader by any means. Too trusting. Naive. Her heart was in the right place..but now it's done." she said simply. "Plus, the leadership of Japan is becoming a problem, there are multiple Great Leaders and one of my best men turned out to be a Worm while the other was a spy with a suspect arm!"
She sighs and shakes her head, having spoken in a cold tone. "My apologies. The two of you have just returned from a war zone, and I spoke on some rather depressing things. You did well to return alive, Seto Arai. At present I have no problem with you, since what's done is done." Then she looks to Tachibana. "Speak with the girl regarding our organization, and offer her a choice. You're the kinder of the two of us."

Seto listened to what Natsumi had to say. When she spoke something about Riho, he asked. "Choice?"

"She's a Rider. It is best to keep the Riders that we know of close. So we can help them as it is needed." Natsumi gave, leaving it at that.
Riho rubbed the back of her head a bit. "I...will just step out here, if that's alright?"
With a nod, Natsumi okays it, and the idol heads outside the office... The Lady of URSA notices that Seto has remained...

Natsumi looked to Seto. "She may be an idol. But she has gotten herself mixed up in something a lot bigger. If she chooses to remain a Rider, we require her services. But tell me. What kind of person is she? What did you notice about her while you were over there?"
Riho rubbed the back of her head shyly. "I'm the ace for one of the few remaining idol groups in Japan. I went to France because I thought I could do some good, but I came back rather..humbled, I guess you could say." Then it hit her that Andrea talked about Seto and she rubbed the back of her head a little more. "B-buddy buddy?"

"Yes, buddy-buddy. You're the first person I've ever seen Seto get close to. That's something nice. You should probably see about dating him~" She then sighed. "But anyway... I'm here to offer you a choice. You can either work with us at URSA, or continue to be an idol," she explained. "There isn't really much else I can offer you."

Riho blushed and looked down. "D-dating...you really think him and I would be good together?" she trails off softly, before looking to you, lightly shuffling her feet. "Well...I don't know a lot about URSA, right now. I know you don't like lengthy explanations, Andrea-san, so...maybe you can summarize what you do here? What URSA does? And how power should be used?"
