Seto sat in the lobby quietly. It's been a while since SHOCKER took over Europe and the death of its leader, Iris Trochu. The higher-ups probably got word of the news through the media, but he needed to speak to them to confirm it as well as wondering what the next plan of action would be.

Riho had slept through the entire flight, and only once she was off the plane did she come to her senses, sort of. She'd gone to her agency and reported in on what happened. Seeing the magnitude of what went on, they had allowed her free will to come and go as she wished. It was helpful because then she could use her new powers properly.
For now though, she runs towards the URSA HQ, in blue jean shorts and a sleeveless t-shirt, and bursts through with a buzz of energy, not breaking anything but opening the doors with gusto. Her little dragonfly flies around, making noises as it goes and she sees the person she was looking for, walking over to him and only panting once she was there. "Hey..." she began. "I had to go talk to my agency. Fill them in and everything. Mind if I sit next to you?"

Andrea had just come back into URSA HQ, seeing Riho and Seto there. "Oh! Hey, you guys! I'm surprised to see you two here?" she asked, walking up towards them. "When'd you get back?"

Seto would've waited alone, had Riho not shook him off from his thoughts. He look up and saw her panting a bit tiredly, almost as if she had ran here for some reason. She greeted him and Seto's spirits lightened up a bit by her presence. "Hey, Suzuki." When the girl offered to sit next to him, Seto scooted over and said. "...and sure..."
He wanted to strike up a conversation, but another unlikely person showed up to greet them, and the rider trooper looked up yet again and saw Andrea - the current Gaim. "Um, hello, Ms. Tachibana."

Andrea's eye twitched, and within seconds she had Seto in an armbar. "Don't. Call. Me. MISS." she said sternly before letting go of his arm and getting up off of him. "Anyway, why are you all back so early?"

Riho blinks, looking at the exchange, before quietly sitting down next to Seto. Since she wasn't a member of URSA, she'd let him handle it. She nodded in greeting to Andrea.

It was not exactly good timing for Andrea to be screwing around, but he decided to play along, not wanting to lose his cool in front of Suzuki and he listened to the bodyguard's question.
He took a glance at the Drake rider, who presumably knew what he was going to say. "Something went down in France. We were forced to leave..."

Riho takes a deep breath and straightens up, sensing this might be the chance to make a good impression. "Miss Trochu's group...well. We engaged the enemy. There was a scary man leading them...I think he murdered her. His monsters..they attacked us and we were destroyed. I don't know what happened to the rest of us, but..it was a miracle that Seto-kun and I escaped."

Seto simply nodded. "Trochu's dead...and SHOCKER now has her country under their rule and and everyone still alive had two choices: surrender or run. Hell, I feel like a coward for running away instead of fighting..."

"I was planning on delivering the bad news." Seto said. "I pray for the best."
The secretary behind the main desk nodded to them, and Seto stood up from where he was sitting, knowing it was time to get a move on.
