Beyonds were allowed to go to the real world from time to time, to live a day or two a bit more normally. Granted, this took a team of other Beyonds to use their powers to neutralize the surface Beyond's power to avoid detection. This was Hayley's allotted time on the surface, and she was enjoying it. Annie had chosen to go up as well, to try and get her hands on some new fabrics. She had a really wide range of stuff, but she didn't have silk, and she wanted silk. Naomi had gone up with her to help mask presence. She walked out of a store next to the restaurant, the happy owner of a new bolt of silk. And it showed.

Hayley left after her small meal and stood there for a moment, "What are you doing here, Annie?" she questioned, walking closer.

Annie jumped, turning to see Hayley. She relaxed, and pulled out the bolt. "New fabric." She smiled like a child with a new toy. That was in essence what she was, it was just a slightly more adult toy.

"Yeah. Naomi tagged along." Annie responded. That seemed like something that would be important. If Naomi hadn't been willing to do it, she'd have conscripted someone else to do so.
