Overview: Emi is a cautious girl, mostly because she thinks the entire world is out to get her. As a result, she's become quite jumpy and afraid of just about everything. When the chips are down, though, Emi proves to be a reliable friend and ally.
History
Emi was, for the longest time, a bit of an odd one. She was always shy and quiet amongst her peers, always being scared of large crowds and just isolating herself from everyone else that she was forced to be around, as her parents were unable to afford a private education. Over time, she grew out of her isolationist tendencies, interacting more with people. It didn't really change the fact that she just didn't like being around them a lot of the time, choosing to spend more time at the pool practicing for the swimming meets at her schools.
Shortly after entering high school, she was caught in a situation where she witnessed a crime, and was attacked in order to keep her quiet. Surprisingly, though, Emi had managed to take down her attackers, and was able to do so without harming either of them, due to her having paid attention a lot in her anatomy classes. She still rarely fights, though it'll be wise not to get on her bad side.
