She drew her necklace up and hesitantly unclasped it before holding it out to him.

He takes it..and then in the real world, he freezes up...but his eyes open in a new place. "Where am I?" he muttered, walking around, before seeing the very big form of the massive dino. "Oh boy..." before a wordless explanation is shunted into his subconscious. The gem that he borrowed is a matchmaker gem, as the girl said. It brings people together. And his interaction with the other is a good indicator of his teamwork potential.
Holding up his Silver Edge, the Beast Batteries glow as two objects descend from the mouth of the dino spirit. One is the Silver Power Gem, which goes around his neck, complete with silver chain necklace. The other, is the Super Charger.
When he opens his eyes again, he's laid on his back nearby, and he's looking up at her. "Um...sorry about that." he mused, handing her back the gem awkwardly.

"What...what just happened to you?" she questioned as she hooked the necklace back around her neck.

He holds up the blue and red Charger. "I guess I got Super Charged. And I got one of these too. Seems like maybe...your gem helped hook me up?" Honestly, he didn't know what was going on, so ventured his best guess.

"I guess it did," she said, "Um...welcome to the team, I guess. Or...no, we're not a team. Not yet."

"That's no good." He said simply, jumping up to his feet. "Those monsters are a team. They got one goal in mind, I imagine. So if we're supposed to stop them then we need to become a team."
