The Need of the Many [OPEN]

[Seto Arai]

Japan had not fully recovered from the war that occurred twenty years ago. It was only made worst by the return of the monster attacks on mankind. Attacks led to destruction. Destruction led to death.

Seto noticed how active funeral homes have been lately, with each passing day some average person dies most likely from some monster attack URSA has failed to stop. As he passed one filled with the grief and sobs of the passing of a loved one, Seto can't help but stare at how hopeless the situation was starting to become without the Kamen Riders defending the city. It was only a matter of time until URSA falls if they don't make a sudden comeback.

Seto made his way to the city square where he sat down on a bench to take a rest. The past week has haunted him and the fact how he almost ignited a war between that scary excuse of a halfbreed emperor and humanity had shaken him. He was only awakened from his troubles when he heard an explosion followed by a bunch of monsters bursting out of nowhere and ambushing the place.

[Ken Motai]

"Damn it," Ken cursed as he exited a home frustrated that he wasn't able to find any answers to what he sought for. It had been half a year since his second-in-command was killed and he was no closer to finding anything about why suddenly his men turned on him. Ever since he joined URSA he thought that he would be able to find information more easily, but they were just as confused as well and their resources didn't exactly cover the type of investigation that he was doing.

But if there was one thing that he knew it was that he couldn't give up, no matter what he wouldn't give up, he owed it to his second-in-command to find the truth and he would not let a single stone go unturned. Pocketing his notepad he sighed and began to walk back to the URSA headquarters pretty sure that he would be sent out on the field to destroy more monsters; he was thankful that he was able to transform in a moment's notice since that came pretty useful in surprise attacks. Surprise attacks like now as he heard screams as he rushed to the scene to find that several monsters had popped up out of nowhere, pulling out his phone he punched in the activation code, "Initiate armour sequence!" he said as he knew that the armour was on his way. Sure enough a rocket pod came barrelling towards him before floating behind him as he spread out his arm as the armour integrated onto him before the whole system became online.

Rushing forward he grabbed the nearest monster and pushed him backwards before taking out his GM-01 R4 and began shooting at the monsters, "Run," he said to the civilians as he covered their retreat.

[Seto Arai]

Seto placed on his Sengoku Driver. He did not have time to request HQ for permission to use his powers. As he rushed to the main area of attack, he incidentally bumped into a man - specifically a man in a bulky black-and-white tech armor.

[Ken Motai]

"Be careful get out of here when you can," he said to Seto unaware of his affiliation with URSA as he shot at a monster that was about to kill a civilian, "this is Motai requesting reinforcements at my location," he said speaking to URSA HQ.

[Seto Arai]

"Wait, what?" Seto asked, but he then heard the Rider-esque soldier radio in to base and that was enough information to confirm Motai's alligence. "Oy, you a Kamen Rider for URSA?"

[Ken Motai]

Ken turned to the guy and nodded, "Yeah so you should get out of here while I cover you," he said blocking a strike and shooting the monster down, "hurry!"

[Seto Arai]

Seto raised his eyebrow. "Running away is something I don't do."

He took out his Matsubokkuri Lockseeed and sliced it with his Sengoku Driver, transforming him into a Kurokage Trooper.

'Soiya! Mastubokkuri Arms! Ichigeki, In The Shadows!!!'

[Ken Motai]

Ken turned surprised that the man transformed into a Rider, he certainly wasn't expecting any Riders to come so quickly, but was he part of URSA? He had heard plenty of stories of mercenaries that somehow got hold of Rider gear and those were the kind of people that worried him, "Are you with URSA? Which division are you from?" he asked Seto.

[Seto Arai]

"URSA trooper Seto Arai at your service, sir." Seto greeted as he kicked up his spear and slashed at a monster coming at them. "You?"

[Ken Motai]

"Ken Motai, URSA field commander," Ken replied shooting at another monster, "good to see you here, I could use the extra pair of hands, can you take care of that group of monsters over there?" pointing to a group that was slowly making their way towards one of the residential areas, "I'll take care of the ones here."

[Seto Arai]

"Alright then." Seto nodded and made his way towards the group of kaijin. Usually, he's never put against a mob of monsters without a squad, but the trooper could care less about numbers in strength. If anything, it'll be a good test of the limits of the Sengoku Driver and he charged in head-on.

[Ken Motai]

With that section protected Ken had to make do with the other sections without backup, he could only hope that reinforcements arrived soon as he went to block the path of several monsters and fired at them. He then ducked beneath a haymaker and retaliated with a solid kick to the guy pushing the monster away before firing more bullets at them.

[Seto Arai]

Seto furiously fought back the creatures as he repeatedly swung his spear violently at them.

[Ken Motai]

He sprayed at a group of monsters before deciding to finish them off as he hauled the Gigant, a giant rocket launcher, onto his shoulder and nearly collapsed from the weight of it. He didn't think that the rocket launcher would be this heavy as he barely managed to set the aim at the group of monsters as he pulled the trigger. There was a loud whooshing sound and the recoil sent Ken staggering back, but his aim was dead on and the monsters exploded in a giant fireball. "One down," he said before turning around, "and so many more to go," he sighed as he fired his gun at them.

[Seto Arai]

The small army of kaijin were keeping both Riders very busy and unbeknownst to them, a particular abomination was watching them from the distance, seemingly pleased with the havoc that is occuring.
