Overview: Reika Minato is an enigmatic and dangerous woman. She's unpredictable and it's unknown where her true loyalties lie. She enjoys toying with her opponents, sometimes even psychologically and physically torturing them for her own pleasure. She gets the job down and as long as she does that URSA continues to put up with her.

History

Two sisters were once born to an infamous family of assassins, that had long existed since the Sengoku Period. Their true name was a mystery to all except them so to the rest of Japan, they were known as "The Orochi Clan." Even after the Empire fell and democracy took root, the Orochi Clan continued to limp on.

The two sisters, Yoko and Nana, were trained since an early age in the art of combat, stealth, and assassination. The older sister, Nana, took to the lessons a lot more than the younger sister, Yoko. Once Nana grew older, she began to make a name for herself as the "Grasshopper Woman." Yoko, on the other hand, had a failing out with her family and never became quite the assassin. Nana took on a permanent job with Museum and the Sonozaki Family while Yoko later became the loyal bodyguard to one Ryoma Sengoku.

After her defeat at the hands of the original Accel, Museum deemed Nana no longer useful and sent the Smilodon Dopant to kill her. Unbeknownst to everyone else involved, but Nana to narrowly escape Fuuto with her life. She lived in hiding from her on out, eventually giving birth to a daughter, Reika.

Like she and her sister before her, Nana trained Reika to be a great assassin. To one day return to the Orochi Clan and scrub away the dishonor Nana had brought on herself. A massive war between a revived Shocker and the collective Riders of the world broke out when Reika was only three years old, but Reika and her mother managed to escape it for the most part.

Reika was six when the war finally coming to end and the riders coming out triumphant. It was right before the war ended though, that was accidentally separated from her mother and attacked by a monster only to be saved by a woman clad in pink armor. She never saw that mysterious armored woman again, but she grew to idolize her strength, even more so than her mother's.

Reika was twelve when her mother passed, finally succumbing to her old wounds. Reika was left all alone in the world and that's how she felt as she wondered around the scarred Japanese country side until she was brought in by the traveling Hidaka Circus, who was formed by various individuals to take in war orphans and refugees with nowhere else to go and give them sort of life.

She never did quite get a long with the other kids there, except for two boys. Fellow outcasts like her who sometime later became her closest and first friends. She was eighteen when she decided to enlist in URSA. She exceed at combat and special ops missions and was quickly assigned to their experimental RioTrooper Unit.

She stayed with the Unit for quite some time until she eventually joined the Intelligence Department under Arata Nakagawa, but kept her RioTrooper gear until another was made available for her. It was around this time that the enemy began to appear again and Reika's skills became most useful.
