Overview:
A seemingly optimistic and playful woman you would not expect Rosa to be the daughter of Mexico's most feared drug lord. She has a sunny disposition and she is a carefree person who loves freedom and the rush of the wind on her face above all else. She hates to be stuck to a routine and is commonly seen dodging her bodyguards just to be alone by herself.
She has a love and passion for roller skating and she never takes off her roller skate unless she really needs to, even when fighting she keeps it on to have an advantage over her enemies and her personality continues to shine through even in the worst of times. However she is aggressive when someone challenges her title and she shows them no mercy, which is the opposite of what she usually does though it is mainly because of her love for roller skating.
Although she knows what her father does back in Mexico she distances herself from his business. She loves her father and wants to make him happy, but she won't ruin herself by dabbling in his business and she makes sure that people understand that she is nothing like her father and that she had no clue on what he does or who he does business with.

History
Born in Mexico Rosa's childhood was one of great danger and fear as the only daughter to a ruthless criminal. She barely remembers her childhood, but she remembers flashes of light that she later attributed to perhaps gunfire or some sort of bomb; she is glad that she doesn't remember much of her childhood as she guessed that it wouldn't be a pretty memory and therefore doesn't dwell much on it.
However when she was a young girl she got into the sport of roller skating when her uncle brought her one from America. She began playing with it day in day out and she never seemed to tire of it, in fact she loved it as she could go to speeds that would make people weary of it. She began to love roller skating and signed up for championships and sport events where she showed off her skills, she began to slowly improve and soon she became the junior champion in Mexico bringing great adoration to her.
Some had said that she got her title because of her father's influence, but her father was adamant that he did nothing of that sort. His own daughter got to where she was through her own skill and he would never jeopardise that by doing any unscrupulous things, of course people did not believe him considering who he was, but they did not have the courage to speak out against him and so Rosa became sad that no one was appreciating her.
Therefore when she turned 18 she moved to the United States where perhaps she would be able to escape the taint of her family. Her father agreed as Mexico was becoming too dangerous for a young, free woman like her and he bought an apartment for her along with sending some bodyguards to protect her. But Rosa wasn't going to have any of that and she continued to evade them, signing up for championships and anything that would allow her to show the world that she was who she was: a roller skating champion, a free bird that would soar through the sky no matter what stood in her way.
One day she was skating through the park when she noticed something glittering on the ground. Skidding to a stop she looked at it and found that it was a strange device of some sort, although it looked strange she heard a small voice calling out to her, calling for her to take it and fight against evil. She thought that she was imagining things and ignored the voice, but she took the device anyways as though something compelled her to do so. A year later and several championships later Rosa is now enjoying her days as a free woman and she now knew, after a terrifying fight, that the device she picked up was some sort of transformation device to turn her into a hero.
Seeing a chance to put her skills to the test she decided to keep it as she fought with speed and strength, something that she wanted and loved at the same time.
