Overview: The roots of Seto's personality can be traced from two sources: from his mother's side and from his father's. Akira Kazuraba was well known for being a very kind woman and a person who would show care and love to the people she knew. Seto's kindness and altruism stems from what his mother taught him as well as Kota's very reason in helping others. Seto has no real reason in helping others, yet he feels the urge to do so and that being adult means taking responsibility and a level in maturity for the sake of the greater good. Although he is naive and oblivious to much of the world he lives in, similar to his uncle, he makes up for his idealistic view with good morales and a sense of justice to protect others.
Regardless, Seto is not a total goody two-shoes. While he knows what is right and wrong, his father was a realistic man; a person that had a pure heart but twisted intentions. While Akira loved her husband, she always did her best to shield her son from the harsh reality that Seto's father would inevitably reveal to him. Seto's sinister side of himself is the source of his impatience, practicality, and lust for power. Seto may be a man of justice, but he is not going to waste time to show honor where it isn't needed and will always consider the best methods to solve a problem, even if said solution is considered a bit backhanded.

Henshin Sequence: Seto activates his lockseed by unlocking it before setting it onto his Sengoku Driver with a 'Lock On'! Once locked, a japanese standby tune will play, followed by a mechanical fruit based on the lockseed's motifc appearing above him. Once the lockseed is sliced open, the driver will announce 'Soiya!' and chant out the lockseed's riff and/or proclamation.

Abilities: Heightened superhuman strength and agility as well as silent movement to stay true to 'striking in the shadows'.
Finisher(s):- Matsubokkuri Squash: Black swirling aura forms around Kurokage's spear for a Rider Stab/Impact finisher.
- Matsubokkuri Au Lait: Charges up the Kagematsu so that it could be tossed in a javelin or whirlwind manner.
- Matsubokkuri Sparking: Empowers Kurokage to leap into the air and spin at high speeds to smash into an opponent with the Kagematsu headfirst. Alternatively, it can be used to initiate a spinning Rider Kick.

Henshin Sequence: Seto loads the belt onto her waist then loads the Lockeed into the center and securing in place with a 'Lock On!'. He grips the handle-lever before pushing it in juice the Lockseed followed by the confirmation sound of 'Soda!'. The belt and lockseed announce the Arms name and a mechanical fruit from above proceeds to drop in and form his undersuit once it lands before folding out to become the rest of the armor.

Fighting Style: VERY AGGRESSIVE when it comes to using his Sonic Arrow as a bow and sword; the viciousness becomes even more evident when he dual-wields the Sonic Arrow in tandem with a Musou Saber. Very strength-oriented with a touch of speed and legality.
Weapons: Has two: a Sonic Arrow and a Musou Saber, the latter being tuned/modified to properly use the power of the Energy Lockseed.
Abilities: Much higher stats than a Sengoku Rider, even a little more so than an average Genesis Rider (strength is only rivaled by two other Lemon Riders). Gains enhanced power, and while not as agile as Marika, speed is not fully traded off due to Seto's naturally athletic build and quick thinking.
Finisher(s): - Lemon Energy Squash - The side-lever is pushed once to charge up Gaim-Shin's weapon(s) for devastating slash finishers.
- Lemon Energy Au Lait - The side-lever is pushed twice to upgrade Gaim-Shin's performance in battle for a sudden burst of strength power for a few-second duration, momentarily almost doubling his physical power. Alternatively, it could be used as finisher to initiate a Rider Punch. The Au-Lait function the equivalent of Jinba Lemon's special ability, which can used repeatedly, though at a cost leading to heavy fatigue due to the strain it puts on a regular human.
- Lemon Energy Sparking - The side-lever is pushed thrice to power up Gaim-Shin for a energized Rider Kick.
- Lemon Charge - The Lemon Energy Lockseed is inserted into the Musou Saber for an electric slash. Can also be used for a five-rounds-rapid finisher in Gun Mode.
- Lemon Volley - The Lemon Energy Lockseed is inserted into the Sonic Arrow for for an Armor-Piercing shot. Can also be used as a slash/shockwave finisher in Sword Mode for both close and far range.

History
Seto lived much of his life in Zawame, which was relatively safe from the Rider-Monster war that was going on at his time. Because of his parents' work and intelligence, Seto mostly lived a secure lifestyle and felt pretty safe from conflict. The only issue for him was that his parents have been rather busy with their work with Yggdrasil, so Seto's time with them had been more or less limited, having less time with his father than his mother.
Because of that, Seto's mother, Akira Kazuraba, mostly had Kota, whom Seto used to affectionately call 'Uncle Kota', to look over him. The boy bonded with Kota and saw him more of a surrogate guardian, if not a godparent, to him when his mother and father were not there for him. Kota was a earnest man that educated Seto about a world free of conflict and Zawame's upbeat past that both wished could be restored for everyone to be happy...
Time passed and things started turning bleak in 2039 when monsters that were assumed to have been destroyed were reported to have return to wreck havoc on humanity. Seto's personality gradually changed for the worst when he was dragged into the real world conflict by his father who wanted to ensure that Seto would be able to survive the oncoming danger that would one day rain upon Zawame. Some of Seto's good nature wore off when he enlisted in URSA's Rider army to prepare for war, despite his mother's and uncle's protests that he should not do so. Wanting to ensure that Seto stayed safe, Kota also enlisted in URSA to keep watch over the boy from either getting hurt or doing something stupid...
Tragedy struck in 2040 when Seto got news of a terrible incident he would not forget. His father and uncle were on a scavenging mission when they were attacked by a horde monsters expecting them. By the time reinforcements arrived, Seto's father was already dead and Kota was no where to be found. Seto has since then worked hard to take his father's place as a Kurokage Trooper to not only avenge him, but to also find where his uncle is, even if it means finding his corpse...
