Overview: Arata is a very focused man. He finds a goal, and he does everything in his rather considerable power until he achieves it. He also doesn't tolerate disobedience of any kind. If he gives an order or command and someone disobeys it, that someone will most likely be subject to a beating.

Henshin Device: Genesis Driver and Cherry Energy Lockseed
Henshin Sequence: He places the Driver about his waist, and produces his Cherry Energy Seed. He spins it around his finger and throws it into the air, striking a pose before catching it and locking it in, with a call of "Lock On!" from the Driver. He strikes another pose and yells "Henshin!" before grabbing the handle and pushing it inward. The Driver announces "SODA" as the small class at the bottom begins to fill, before the mechanical cherries form over his head and then drop into place, with a call of "CHERRY ENERGY ARMS" from the Driver as his Pre-Arms forms, then the Arms form over it.

Finisher(s): Sonic Volley- He attaches his Cherry Energy Seed to his Sonic Arrow and fires an energy arrow. It pierces the target, materializingtwo energy cherries that swing around and crush the target between them.
He can also perform a Rider Kick that behaves in much the same way, only the cherries materialize when his foot makes contact.

History
Arata was born to a pair of military officers, and raised to be very single-minded and dedicated. He was pretty much bred to join the military from a young age. The thing that interested him the most as a child was the Beat Riders, the men who used the power of Lockseeds to fight. He most identified with the Lockdealer, Sid, and Sid's use of the Genesis Driver and Cherry Lockseed are what drive him to this day to find the Genesis technology.
When he joined URSA at the age of 14, he immediately went into the intelligence division, as he determined intelligence being the best chance he had of finding the remains of Yggdrasil and the Genesis Driver technology. He was also taking the basic and advanced training courses for the field operatives, despite never having to operate in the field himself. He rose quickly in the ranks, so fast he actually hit an age ceiling on what rank he could be when he was 17. That wasn't a problem for long, and he was officially inducted into the ranks of the middle-echelon officers on his eighteenth birthday. This was his first real position of authority, with people working under him, who often disrespected him due to his young age. This led to his predilection with disobedience.
He became an high-echelon officer when he was 25, and soon became chief of the intelligence division at 28. He began fervently researching Yggdrasil, attempting to find a lead on the Genesis technology, but he's gotten nothing yet. He simply continues to research, doing his job at the same time but giving all of his free time over to researching. He currently prides himself on being able to talk about any of URSA's allies or enemies with almost perfect accuracy from memory.
Recently, he led a mission into Helheim to find the Genesis technology he'd sought his whole life. He found it, and is still trying to integrate back into he idea of having free time.
