2039: First confirmed sighting of monsters since the war. URSA responds in full force upon confirmation.
2040: More monsters appear, and URSA’s smaller forces cannot hold them all off. Recruitment begins and Rider system repair begins at a much faster rate. The name “Shocker” is applied to the monster-sightings and the monsters in general.
2042: The monsters are coming back to fuller strength, and URSA is falling behind. Normal gameplay begins.
Following the PROJECT ARROW incident, key figures in URSA were assassinated. Unlike in the actual timeline, the entire URSA command structure was assassinated. Last Raven forces assisted in cleaning up the aftermath of the attack, but GAIA pressed its advantage.
Using Iris Trochu as Kuuga, GAIA/Shocker overtook Europe easily, using France as a launching point. They attacked and assimilated Last Raven, stealing their technology and bolstering their own forces.
Using plants in key industries and locations through the world, Shocker found domination to be rather simple. URSA was overtaken easily, their forces shattered, and the world soon fell to Shocker’s domination.
Shocker rules the world. Those who would fight back are too weak to make a difference. All they can do is hope to survive, and maybe, find a way.
This is entirely AU. All suits are open to be claimed by anyone. If you want to use a Rider claimed by someone in the main board, go ahead and use it. The only events that remained the same are ARROW and Iris being Kuuga, the individual character histories are different as needed.
Please limit yourself to one or two characters, if you have more than that in the world. This is a world on the brink, far more dystopian, filled with death awaiting you, and only a few who could fight back while they're being hunted by Shocker forces.
