Overview: Hana Matsuoka was a carefree party girl who wants nothing more out of life than to have fun and shop. She didn't like working and she didn't like responsibility. She became this way after all the pressure her parents put on her to get through college which she dropped out of after only a semester.
After the deaths of her sister and her teammates, she finally decided to buckle down and get serious with her life. She puts on this rather icy exterior, but deep down she is quite compassionate and still retains a bit of the old Hana (like feeling the need the shop till she drops on occasion).

374 / "Jijiru Magika Magiine" - Allows MagiWhite to cast her finisher upon her foes, a frosty gust spirals around her as she extends her MagiStaff outward, the gust gathers into the snow-flake on her MagiStaff that then glows brightly as MagiWhite spins her MagiStaff within her hand before thrusting it outward toward her target which fires an intense force of absolute zero toward her target. Connection would render their body slowly frozen solid as their heat is devoured by the intensity of this spell.

Megazord Component: Can take MagiFairy's place for MagiDragon or MagiKing if necessary; can also provide a bit of a powerup for MagiKing making him "Winter MagiKing" turning certain portions white and silver and giving it access to ice magic.

- "Frozen Sky Hoki" - A Personal Hoki that normally appears as a silver broom with white bristles, summoned from a magical circle drawn with the tip of Hana's Silver MagiPhone; can become a white and silver version of the other MagiRangers' Sky Hokies.
History
Daughter of a responsible Japanese man, and a courageous and very caring young woman from England, Hana was unaware for the longest time of the existence of magic in the real world--led to only aspire for its existence in her early childhood from the tales of magic and creature her mother would tell to her. She was raised quite normally alongside her older sister, Rikka, despite how hard-working their parents were. While Rikka acted as the "second lady of the house," Hana lived a life free of responsibility. She had no goals or ambitions, over than to shop and party.
This didn't fly well with her hardworking parents, especially her mother, who wanted Hana to succeed in life. Hana didn't want to displease her mother so she agreed to go to college after graduating high school and try her best to gain a decent career.
When she was 16, her mother passed away. It was hard on her. Blinded with tears, she promised her mother she would succeed in life and make her proud. She tried extremely hard in school and eventually did get accepted to a decent college. The stress though was too much for her and she eventually dropped out after a single semester.
She returned to her old carefree party girl ways, but even more so. She would often wake up in some guy (or girl's bed) completely wasted. Her father, who still put up with her in his house, was worried about this self destructive path she found herself on.
When she was twenty, she founded herself chosen by powerful beings known as Heavenly Saints. Thinking it was all just a dream or a drug induced hallucination, she accepted their Blessing without question, gaining the power to become a Magiranger, but losing her ability to reproduce in the process..
She quickly discovered that it was not a dream and that magic was very much real. That wasn't the only thing, she soon learned her sister Rikka was a Magi as well and the leader of a group of them. Hana fought alongside her sister and the other Magi for sometime only for her entire team to be annihilated and their mission to protect one of N Ma's fragments to fail miserably..
She lost her friends and her sister, all in one day. She was only the Magi left and was virtually powerless to stop the Infershia from claiming a second fragment when it was discovered. It was then she decided to stop being so useless and turn her life around. She took her magical studies and her outside studies more seriously, eventually returning to college and getting her degree in business and management.
She took a well paying position at Pendragon Incorporated, though a legitimate business, secretly acts as a front as a service for magic users and magical beings. She rose through the ranks before becoming the Chief of Human Resources (and secretly the Chief of Magical Creature Resources). It was around this time that more Magis began to pop in the world and Hana decided to take them under her wing, to make sure what happened to her old team didn't happen to them.
