Overview: Snow is cold and calculating. He has no friends; he has assets. The people around him are merely pawns, things to be used and disposed of accordingly. He's generally calm and collected, capable of ordering even the worst of atrocities without even batting an eye. However, if he is not achieving his goal, be it through the incompetence of his subordinates or active resistance, he has been known to fly into a insane rage, often losing all regard for his own well being in the effort to destroy the obstacle to his aspirations.

RinJyuken techniques:

• Ringi: Hishou no Shizuka- Allows him to make his sleeves into wings of Rinki that allow him to fly silently.
  
• Ringi: Kage no Koukei- Allows him to see in any conditions

• Hiden Ringi: Nusumu Kikoeru- Rips the sound out of a small area around the user, disorienting his opponents and preventing them from doing any meaningful coordination. In extended periods, it can drive victims insane.

History

No one knows where Snow came from. I know that statement is cliche, but it's true. Despite all of the research SCRTC did, they found nothing about him before he arrived on SCRTC's doorstep, a hungry, bruised orphan. Master Sha Fu took in the small boy and raised him, teaching him Jyuken. Michelle Peng and Pyon Pyao trained him as well, allowing the young child, who'd begun calling himself Snow for his hair, to develop his style, Owl-ken. He even developed the stealth aspect with some minimal training from a very young Mele.
After he turned 16 and was considered a master, he vanished into the night. SCRTC searched the world for him, but he'd completely disappeared. Sha Fu was heartbroken. It only got worse when 4 years later, he reappeared. But he'd changed. The fire in his eyes was hidden by goggles, and he stood at the fore of a new and improved RinJyuden. He began personally hunting GekiJyuken users and offering them a choice; join him or die. A pretty good number gave in to their base temptations and joined him, simply to survive.
Snow has now effectively declared war on GekiJyuken. He's begun hunting for the Bracelets of the Kenma, hoping to find them and revive the three ancient Kenma to counter the seven Kensei.

Overview: Anansi is a thoroughly twisted individual. She loves toying with her opponent's heads, and will fight "dirty" without a second thought. She will do terrible things to incapacitated opponents, only stopping because Snow orders her to. She loves watching people react to her physical beauty, and then watching the life or will to live drain from their eyes. She hopes Snow will allow her to deal with the Gekirangers, because she has such plans for them.

RinJyuken techniques:

• Ringi: Kurashi Nawa- Generates black rope from her Rinki and fires it out. It finds and loops around strong points and binds her opponents in a "web".
  
• Ringi: Koi no Doku- Allows her to deliver a poison that renders the target madly in love with her, willing to do anything.
  
• Ringi: Doku o Touketsu- Delivers a poison that freezes the target in place.
  
• Hiden Ringi: Hachi Ashi no Shoujou- Creates an enormous swarm of spiders, which crowd her opponents and immobilize them, either through webbing or poison that paralyzes the muscles.

History

Anansi was originally Anna Songman, and she trained alongside Snow and Mele at SCRTC. The three of them learned stealth techniques together, and Anna and Mele bonded especially closely. They all grew up together, and they grew up fast, under the watchful eye of the Kensei, who were teaching them all techniques and allowing them to craft their own styles. When Snow vanished, Anna changed. She began behaving more irrationally, more quickly, like she was a spring wound up waiting to be released. Four years later, it was, when Snow returned. She captured several Jyuken users from within SCRTC itself and walked to Snow's side, assuming her position as his second-in-command.
She changed quickly in a short period of time, becoming the vindictive, sadistic individual she would later become known and feared as. Her new name reflected her new self; Anansi, the Spider. Attempts were made by Sha Fu to get them to return and stop this idiocy of reviving the war, but the two commanders heard nothing of it. They were too far gone, and nothing could save them now, and Anansi proved that whenever a Jyuken user Snow hunted down said no. The users in question vanished for weeks on end, reappearing dead in a gutter, battered and broken, expressions of fear and pain frozen on their faces.
Now that RinJyuden is in the open, Anansi's operations are as well. She doesn't kill people as often now. She merely returns them to SCRTC, battered and broken, both mentally and physically. An attempt was made to corner and capture or kill her once, with a group of 15 GekiJyuken users. Only one returned alive, carrying a bag containing the bits and pieces of the other 14. Anansi is widely feared for good reason, and she wants to keep it that way.

Overview: Mele is a very serious woman, who takes her work and her duty to GekiJyuken with deathly seriousness. She doesn't take jokes very well, and doesn't tolerate laziness. However, this is to hide a deeply troubled interior. She trained alongside Anansi most of her life, and her betrayal hit hard. She's still not certain if, given the chance, she could harm Anansi or anyone else who turned from GekiJyuken. She believes, deep in her heart of hearts, that she can save them.

Henshin Sequence: She throws her hands out in front of her with her index finger and thumb extended perpendicular to each other. She yells "Tagire! Power of the Beast!" and rotates her arms in a circle, before slamming her right fist into her left palm with a cry of "Beast On!" Literally any sort of martial movement can trigger the transformation from this point, but Mele generally employs a punch, causing her armor to form around her body.

Abilities: It's main ability is it's size. It's about a seventh the size of the average GekiBeast, and as such is far more agile, but far less durable.
Mele also has a few Geki Wazas she can use:
- Ganji Gatame- She uses Chameleon's tongue to partially bind an opponent.
- Tsurushi Gatame- She uses the tongue to lift the partially-bound target into the air and slam them down
- Sozetsu Tosshin- The tongue flicks out to pierce armor

History

Mele was orphaned at a young age by a car accident, leaving her to the care of her uncle. Her uncle was a Jyuken user, and he passed the tradition on to her, bringing her to SCRTC to learn Jyuken. There, she trained alongside Snow and Anna, growing especially close to the latter. The three of them grew fast, up until the day Snow vanished. Mele could see something was wrong with Anna, but no matter what she tried, she couldn't tease the story out of Anna. She never realized how deep it ran until Anna made her exit.
She felt used. She felt like Anna had been playing her this whole time, ever since they were children. At the start, scrutiny fell on Mele. They were waiting for her to do the same thing Anna had, and for a moment, Mele seriously considered it. If they all wanted her to be evil, why not? Sha Fu put a stop to that, and offered her a job. He handed her a pair of GekiChangers, and told her to find a team. The other Kensei were doing their part as well, but Sha Fu wanted Mele to lead the team. She accepted the job, if only as a way to prove herself to the people who had no faith in her.
As she planned moves against RinJyuden, she always returned to one possibility: that of turning her friends back to good. Mele came to believe that, if she had only a few minutes with either Snow or Anna, she could bring them home. She could bring them back into the fold. Some part of her wants to realize this is a pipe dream, but the rest of her wanted it to be real, to happen.
