Unbeknownst to the other Ranger following him, he had contacted XDI privately, patching through to the local Command and Control Center. A few alignments and calibrations on the other end before...he shimmered out of existence in a stream of green data, like an Avatar would.

Then the Dark Buster materialized out of teleportation right behind the monster and before it was even finished i.e. past his waist he had stabbed both of his dark blades, powered, into the monster's back.

Caryn was there quickly on her broom, lashing out vines around the monster's torso and and pulling it after the broom.

Quickly drawing his dark blades out, the suit's jets propel him backwards into the air at a 45 degree angle, before he switches direction and comes in with a vicious spinning slash, complete with almost inhuman battle cry as said double slash was aimed at the monster's neck.

He skids to a stop on the roof, leaving a clear impression in the roofing of where he was, and sheathed his dark blades, dusting off his hands.
