Objective:Protect America from the Kaijin menace and any that threatens its borders

History:Created at the end of the Shocker-Rider War America was one of the few countries that was heavily hit mainly due to it's need to intervene in every battle. It lost many soldiers and equipment against Shocker and they spent the post-war developing new equipment and weapons in case America was ever invaded again. However with the rise of URSA officials began to believe that URSA can combat any Shocker or Kaijin menace should it ever arise and the division was left to languish with the prospect of it being disbanded. However when Adriana Washington became Psyga she began to undertake missions against all Kaijin groups and was able to eliminate a Shocker cell deep in American territory, this led to others rethinking their views on whether to reactivate the Sentinel Division.

At the same time the people left in the division began to research and obtain new powers with them eventually able to retrieve the Leangle Buckle and it's Undead cards as well as the Raia deck, paid with the blood of several soldiers when they were attacked by Mirror Monsters, impressing higher officials. Adriana was an outspoken defender of the Sentinel Division believing that they are needed in order to attack the Kaijin menace as they could not rely on URSA to do all the work when they could potentially not just only fall, but also become corrupt and enforce a tyrannical regime across the globe.

The Sentinel Division was also responsible for the excavation of the Medjalibiur and its scant Core Medals and Cell Medals and with this success the Department of Defense endorsed the division and it was once again reactivated. They had a surprising support from the US President who is keen on eliminating all Kaijins from the world, whether they might be neutral or not, and tasked the division in doing whatever it takes to destroy them with the authority to command the whole US army with permission from the Secretary of Defence.

History:
Founded at the very end of the Rider War to assist in the reconstruction of world - Line Ark's development has been centered solely around the concept of sustainable drive system capable of powering and driving forth craft which will harvest near-earth asteroids in order to assist in rebuild the world. Driven by the highly eccentric ideals of its founding members Line-Ark and difficulties with producing the product Line Ark has remained out of the lime-light until 2040 when it announced the construction of its first harvesting vessel. It would later deploy the prototype of the Alteris-Line in procure additional data on other Rider systems in order to perfect the Mass-Production Flash-Driver system.

Another delaying factor was the lack of a willing user for the Alteris-System due to its highly volatile design and the fact that it required a very specific neural make-up. This requirement was caused by the need for a direct link with the users' mind in order to run the highly-complex operating system of the units - a fact that was only discovered after the death of its original test pilot.

The unique neural make-up comes from that of a dyspraxia sufferer, of which several of Line-Ark members suffered from, however finding a willing member among their staff was not possible as the support systems dedicated to assisting a Rider only functioned when the armor itself was deployed, leaving them extremely vulnerable.  However following the inauguration of Alteris several key staff members have become Rider, however they are dedicated to protecting Line Ark rather than gathering data on their fellow riders. 

Products: 

• Flash-Driver System: The Flash Driver has been designed and developed to serve as a unit capable of functioning as the Space Suit for operators of the Clyde-class vessels. However with the emergence of new threats the Flash-Driver has been altered to function as a low-level rider suit which Line-Ark intends to provide to the URSA. Its design is that of a Wrist Band with a small USB drive which was based upon the Alteris-Archetype, which was in turn based upon a Masquerade Memory and the remnants of a Double Driver. 
  
  The Driver has not been perfected at this time - as Kamen Rider Alteris has yet to attain sufficient data in order to complete the unit.                  
  
  Its appearance is as follows: Kamen Rider Flash (Note the System itself can be customized to alter its appearance)

• Alteris Rider Archetype: A highly volatile Rider system which has only recently been activated by a willing user. 

• Domain: A information network which links a Line-Ark system user directly to the central servers of the research facility. It is employed to provide tactical information and system up-dates to units. Additionally the frame-work for a mental-communication system, however this cannot be employed due to the lack of willing Alteris system users. 

• Clyde-Class Harvester: Currently undergoing construction the Clyde-Class vessel shall be employed to harvest resources from the various asteroids within Sol in order to assist in the reconstruction of Earth. The first unit, designated Clyde is nearing the completion of its construction.

• Noblesse Oblige: Tasked with the defense of Line Arks' sole facility this is the only weapon system created by Line-Ark outwith their Kamen Rider research project. Operating the system is an extremely strenuous process and its imperfect drive system binds it to Line Arks central facility - it should be noted that a quick-change system has been developed to replace its reactor when the current one has been depleted.
