Group Name: URSA (United Rider System Alliance)
Objective: Protect humanity from the monster alliance dubbed as "Shocker"
Alignment: Good
History: Following the aftermath of the last Rider War, the remains of Smart Brain, BOARD, Takeshi, ZECT, Aozora, Kougami Foundation and Yggdrasil pooled their resources, creating one mega-corporation. Their technology was pooled so as to better help humanity and to recreate or recover Rider systems that had been lost in the war.

Upon the return of the monsters, URSA has been deploying worldwide as needed to help stave off the invasions, while also investigating the source of where these monsters have come back from. They are also coordinating with PMC organizations that exist in other countries to fight off monster invasions and outbreaks, but unlike the PMCs, URSA isn't in it for the money, and they act as more of a government agency.

A practice of URSA's is to do body modifications, creating new Kaizo Ningen as old technology of fallen Riders is recovered, or remade. This can either be consensual, or, at times, forced. URSA does have a dark side to it, but it's for the best of humanity.

Group Name: Last Raven
Objective: Make a profit
Alignment: Technically good/humanity
History: Last Raven first came to be in the final months of the Rider War. The founder, Jefferson Vail, founded it with the intent of protecting humanity on a wider scale than the Riders were capable of. He managed to build a group with his family's wealth, and set about protecting humanity. However, it didn't go well, as his men were no match for monsters.

Fortunately the war ended soon, preventing more casualties. Vail went into depression and never formally disbanded the unit, nor did he do anything with it at all. It just remained forgotten, but technically still in operation.

After the monster attacks began again, Vail's son, Richard, took up the leadership of Last Raven and rebuilt with the last of the family's wealth. This time Last Raven was able to do some damage, as new technologies had become available (some of it being scavenged from the remains of the war).

Last Raven operates as the most prominent of the PMCs in the world, having been able to repel and kill monsters with some ease, comparatively speaking. Of course, they fight for money, unlike URSA, and aren't trustworthy enough to put your life with, unless you have money.

Group Name: SAINT (Society for Arcane Intelligence In Terra)
Objective: SAINT has a threefold purpose - preserve ancient magics and artifacts and tell the owners/user's stories, protect the world from the threat of Phantoms and rogue magic users of any type while helping displaced victims of Kaijin attacks, and ensuring the future of magic by training the next generation.
Alignment: Lawful Good
History: SAINT began operation in 2021 after a number of Wizards were slaughtered during a second Sabbath. It was initially a charitable organization funded by the the Catholic Church to help those displaced by Phantom attacks or to put Gates in danger of being attacked into safe havens across Europe. After three years of operation as solely that a branch in England was given the green light to begin training Wizards to fight kaijin and put their magical powers to work for the common good, with each European country eventually adopting their own training branch in turn until this became standard procedure.

While SAINT didn't work closely with the other Rider organizations during the war, it eventually agreed to an informal partnership with URSA. While originally the branches were set up exclusively in European countries, American, Russian, Australian, Egyptian, Chinese, Japanese, and South African branches have opened up as well. As time went on SAINT's ties with the Catholic Church were amicably split to quell fears that they were raising an army, though the name stayed in place out of complacency.

Group Name: The Order of the Emperor
Objective: Defend the Emperor (Kiva)
Alignment: Good
History: The Order was founded by Sebastian Tiranul, Michael Devonshire, James Walden and Rodrick Crossmore in the year 1082. The one Fangire line and three human lines expanded to include almost 15 different human families and three separate Fangire lines, all assimilated into the Tiranuls. The Order operated tirelessly through the years to defend the Emperor, until the Kivats moved to the Asia region for some unknown reason, granting the Kurenai line the title of Kiva.
The Order persevered for centuries, until the war broke out. When the Kurenai line died with Wataru, Kivat the Fourth fled to Torchkeep and joined with the Order, giving them the power of Kiva. Most recently, that power has passed to Silas Tiranul.

Objective: Secure the dinosaur jewels and make them their servants
Alignment: Evil
History: The jewels that were given to the dinosaurs were stolen from a faraway planet long ago. The theft was never forgotten, and now, a bounty hunter has found that they're on Earth. He gathered a group and went to Earth to attempt to secure the jewels and enslave the Dinosaur Zords to become weapons of war.

Alignment: The highest bidder; themselves
History: Founded by Neil's father, Jack Wotan, during the final acts of the war, Tyr is a small band of gear privateers. They developed quite the nasty reputation for stealing gear and supplies off of fallen soldiers. Sometime later, Jack passed and his son Neil took the reigns. The crew has dwindled since the golden days and now there's only two, Neil and, the most recent addition, James Harper.

They travel around in a futuristic zeppelin christened Tyrfing.

Group Name: GAIA
Objective: Produce gear and weaponry to help combat the evils of the world
Alignment: Good
History: GAIA isn't in things for the money, they're in it to help protect innocent lives. They are a research and development group, and nothing else. They have provided weaponry to different groups, but they don't staff their own soldiers.

Their primary purpose in life is to help repair and build new gear and equipment to help the defense of mankind. They get tax breaks and some donations from URSA, Last Raven, and some other groups who are appreciative of their work, along with world governments.

Group Name: The Black Church 
Objective: Bury the dead, record history
Alignment: Neutral
History: The Black Church (though the members are often referred to be the nickname of "Crows") have existed throughout the centuries, believed to have been formed by heretic monks in the late Middle Ages. Their membership has fluctuated over the years, but they accept all kinds - human, Fangire, Phantom, etc. All they require is for you to "bury" your old life and who you used to be, even abandoning your old name for a new one (in a ritual they call The Rebirth). As tradition dictates, they use the Roman numeral of a past member as their new name.

The Black Church takes no sides in any conflict. They merely give the dead a proper burial and record the history of death and violence. They are shadows through time, ghosts of the battlefield. They revere the almighty Thanos, who they believe has taken on a multitude of forms throughout the ages, from the great beetle warrior to the dancing orange shogun.

There is no hierarchy among the group, everyone is equal, in life as in death. The members typically wear pitch black robes and a white mask with a grinning face. They have no set headquarters, gathering in a new location each time. They do several designated buildings across the globe where they keep fresh supplies. Each member keeps a piece of their written record on them at all times in a black book.
