Hana took a deep breath before releasing the seal and opening the door very slowly.
"We have to be careful," Hana whispered, "Dark forces have managed to invade the House, but that is none of your concern. I'll be able to deal with it once I find more Magi.."
She then crept out out of her door and began walking down the hall.

Hana opened her mouth to object but an eerie black ooze appeared from out of the wall and grabbed Hana by the arm and began to pull her towards it.
"Dammit," she cursed, "This is the exact thing I was trying to avoid!"

"Hana!" Mayu exclaimed, quickly sheathing a ring and pressing it down to her belt buckle.
"Spark!: Now."
Near-blinding light shines top down from the ceiling area and sears away the ooze, freeing the other Magi.

Hana had no time to catch her breath as the vanquished ooze was replaced by a new blob..and its friends. It's many, many, many friends...
"We need to get out of here," Hana exclaimed as the ooze began to consume the hall, "I'm sad to say this magic is beyond even you. It's pure evil incarnate."

"It is probably beyond me. But, I can buy us a little time." She runs down the hall with Hana, before using another ring and twisting her upper body to thrust her hand towards the ooze.
"Explosion: Now."
A rather large magic seal appears, and the ooze crowds against it, trying to get through...before it goes off in a loud bang. By the time the little bit of smoke clears, the hall was empty.

"I'd say try not to damage the House too bad, but oh well.." she said running, amazingly in heels, "That won't be enough, they'll be back in force any minute now."
She stopped at a door and opened it, revealing the area they had left previously.
"Lady mages first."
