Emma was at a party her parents were hosting, meaning she was incredibly bored and just wanted to leave, but couldn't. She mostly sat around on her phone, watching other people talking and stuff.

We killed Anna in a strike, but the people - her father, the King, included - think she's merely missing, or in our custody. This girl is also a Pirate Ranger. Bring her in, and we can extort her against Quarth and bring them to heel."
